News: Bombay High court to have its fifth bench at Kolhapur!
Bombay High Court adds new bench at Kolhapur

In a significant development, the Bombay High Court has notified the establishment of its Fifth Bench at Kolhapur.

Vide notification dated 01.08.2025, Shri Alok Aradhe, Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, with the approval of the Governor of Maharashtra, has appointed Kolhapur as a place where the Judges and Division Benches of the High Court may also sit, with effect from 18.08.2025.
